the location was great! it was near public transportation stops. the room was clean, warm, and cozy. the window view let me see the main road.
The breakfast was not appealing, and the food was standard. i ended up only eating yogurt. the room itself is not modern. It is very old-fashioned. the toilet did not flush properly. It is most likely a bad toilet design.

the room lacked basic amenities, such as bathrobes. the mini-bar was completely empty. the shower pressure was also very low on the upper levels.

a nice stay!

surprise upgradeexcellent foodthoughtful staff
My visit to this hotel was really good. as a platinum member, i received a surprise upgrade. wine and dessert in my room. the m lounge was amazing. I found great food options during both breakfast and the evening reception. catherine was so thoughtful, she let me grab pastries early before the lounge even opened, as i had to catch an early train.
i found the air conditioning to be quite loud, a little distracting.

the hotel room included a king bed, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day. the high floor location offered a unique view that allowed me to see more of the surroundings. everything was super clean, showing that the housekeeping team takes their work seriously.

the staff members were always willing to help, especially when i had questions about navigating the city. i also noticed a high level of attention in the m lounge, especially from belachew who made sure everyone had what they needed. jake at the front desk was both friendly and competent.

the hotel's location was really convenient, with easy access to a tram station right outside. this made it easy to get to different parts of the city without a car. frankfurt hauptbahnhof was only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.
